Cook-ventures

Over the course of the summer I really want to try out some new dishes to put in my pocket.

Please please please comment with some suggestions of what to experiment with!

I'm thinking about trying spring rolls next.

During the North Carolina trip we made:

Guacamole
Served with tortilla chips

Chicken Quesadilla
Served with sour cream, shredded lettuce, and guacamole

Baked flounder with creamy dill sauce

Served with rice pilaf

Deep fried wings in a jalepeno and Frank's hot sauce
Loaded French Fries
Served with ranch dipping sauce


As you can see, I definitely gained some weight on this trip. But it was definitely worth it.
